About the Award
The Wyoming Teacher of the Year program recognizes an outstanding educator who represents the best in teaching across the state. Winners are selected annually by the Wyoming Department of Education based on their impact on students, leadership in education, and commitment to the profession. The state winner becomes Wyoming's candidate for the National Teacher of the Year award.
